Daniel Trotter - Mortgage Broker


Daniel started his career in the financial industry with a bank and worked his way up to Credit Officer with one of the major National Banks in Australia.  In this role he was responsible for assessing and approving home loan applications from clients.  This experience allows Daniel to apply his understanding of lender’s approval process to ensure that an application is structured correctly and has the most opportunity for approval.

Since his departure from the bank, Daniel worked for several Mortgage Brokers before choosing to apply his expertise and desire to assist clients to help setup Brisbane Home Loan.

Daniel’s expertise is obvious in his approach to lodging applications with lenders and his success rate in getting loans approved. This makes even the more complex deals often achievable.

Jordan Sorbello - Mortgage Broker


Jordan has a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting, and a second major in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.

After working for another Mortgage Brokerage firm, Jordan became passionate at the prospect of assisting clients directly with their loans and providing a higher level of client service than what is traditionally associated with the industry.

Jordan was a Director of JCJ Properties, and was responsible for the management of commercial, residential and holiday rental properties. In this capacity, Jordan had the opportunity to see the Financial lending industry as the client and experience firsthand the challenges that clients face in getting loans.

Claude brings practical and grass roots expertise in the residential and commercial property market which extends to more than 40 years.  Having purchased his first residential property at 18, Claude has established a considerable portfolio of residential and commercial investments which results in experience as opposed to theory.

Claude’s background gives him firsthand experience on the challenges associated with working with lenders whilst appreciating and valuing the importance of client service in the financial industry.  This is relevant as client service is often overlooked in this industry.

Claude is passionate about helping young people into their first home and fulfill the Aussie dream. Claude’s strategies over the years are available to members of our First Home Buyers Club. Membership is free and can be obtained from our website. Claude is a popular speaker at our Free seminars which provide First Home buyers a wealth of strategies to save their deposit sooner.
